Resolution 23/24-0215-01 states the following:

1. The [Finance] committee shall be comprised of two members of the District Board. The members shall be selected by a majority vote of the Board, said vote to be held pursuant to a motion before the Board. Each member shall affirmatively accept each appointment. Each member shall serve at the pleasure of a majority of the Board. No member of the Finance Committee shall receive any compensation for carrying out their duties on the Finance Committee.
2. The Finance Committee shall hold regular, quarterly meetings.

Currently, the Finance Committee consists of the following members:

1. The current Board Treasurer
2. Last year's Board Treasurer
