Hometown: Alexander Valley

Education: Joe holds an AA in Automotive Technology and an AS in Fire Technology from Santa Rosa Junior College.

Career History: Joe Young joined the District as an Intern Firefighter in 2021. After his internship, Joe served as a Volunteer Firefighter until 2024, when he was hired as a full-time Firefighter.

Hobbies/Interests: Joe enjoys weighlifting, hiking, and camping trips.

Special Projects: Joe serves as the President of the Northern Sonoma County Fire Foundation.
